Reading A Supplement Facts Panel
Before you order any supplement, the Supplement Facts panel on the label is the one place with real, confirmed information. Here's what to actually look for.
Active Ingredients & Amounts
Look for each named ingredient and its per-serving amount in milligrams. If a formula only lists a "proprietary blend" total without breaking out individual amounts, that's worth noting.
Serving Size
Check how many capsules or how much liquid counts as one serving, and how many servings are actually in the bottle.
Other Ingredients
This section lists fillers, capsule material, and any allergens, which matters if you have sensitivities.
Why This Matters For Vivalis
We've been upfront on this site that Vivalis's own marketing materials don't name specific ingredients. That makes the physical label's Supplement Facts panel the single most reliable source before you order.
